I was so excited when I saw that Jill Sprott had posted this challenge on her blog. Seeing as I am currently in the process of trying to work through my stash without purchasing too much new product, this challenge seemed right up my alley! I got to work making my kit as soon as I saw the post, which was pretty much as soon as she posted it to be honest (because I stalk her Instagram and blog... JUST KIDDING... maybe). I figured this was the perfect opportunity to dig super deep into the lost paper cities of my stash and use up older papers and embellishments that I may have forgotten about or, for whatever reason, lost interest in.
I didn't realize until after I had built my whole kit and taken the picture that I forgot about the ribbon!
- Eight patterned paper scraps: Recollections, Fancy Pants and the rest are so old that I don't know their brand because it's not printed on the sheet. Four specialty paper scraps: Yellow vellum from Michael's, patterned vellum from Joann's and glitter paper from a random paper stack I used to have.
- Trim: I want to say one is from KI Memories and one is from Recollections but I honestly have no idea what brands these are from.
- Used sticker sheet: Boarder stickers from Crate Paper's Acorn Avenue.
- Pre-2013 Alphabet: Fancy Pants large alpha stickers in cream. (actually from 2013)
- Opened Product: Simple Stories snap pockets
- Unopened Product: American crafts thickers in the font Goodness and color Wood
- Roll of tape: Recollections brand from Michaels
- One item or package of product from a company that no longer makes scrappy products: ampersand flair badge from Two peas in a bucket
- Project life cards: all from Becky Higgins project life kits
- Unlimited cardstock and technique-type product: Five of the papers I used are in the photo but I ended up using a couple more. Most are from recollections and the rest have no brand printed on them.
- Wild card item: Basic Grey printed chipboard stickers
- Near by item: Studio Calico chevron wood veneer
